Volunteers

KAG needs volunteers for several important roles in the organization.

You can work directly with vulnerable individuals either as a Citizen Advocate, or an Appropriate Adult. You can also become a member of the Management Committee.

If you are interested in joining the Management Committee or providing other voluntary support to KAG contact the Director at KAG's head office. Click here for contact details.

To become a Citizen Advocate you need to be interested in the rights of the individual and to be concerned about people who may be at a disadvantage, perhaps because of a learning disability or a mental health problem, or because they are a juvenile. You do not need to have any special knowledge in these areas, just an open mind and the commitment to support a vulnerable individual.

If you wish to become a Citizen Advocate, please contact our Kingston office on 0208 549 1028.

If you wish to become an Appropriate Adult please contact the co-ordinator on 020 8549 1028.
